Assessment for your patients in our office includes:
- Complete patient assessment and evaluation, testing as needed;
- Short and long term planning with a combination of Psychopharmacology and Psychotherapy;
- Determination of integrative therapies and modalities;
- Follow up with the patient; and
- If requested, a regular follow-up with you as the referring physician.
